Rin Tarsy is a Michigan-based singer-songwriter whose music intertwines folk, pop, soul, and jazz elements to create a sound that is both refreshing and deeply resonant. Raised in Portland, Michigan, Rin began writing songs in fourth grade and debuted publicly in eighth. She studied classical voice at Aquinas College and now draws influence from artists like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. Her albums East (2018), Paradox (2021), and the EP the only way (2024) reflect her introspective songwriting and emotional performances.
